Mud Covered Basement in Williamsport, PA

A large rain storm blew over the Williamsport, PA area leaving many customers in the SERVPRO of Williamsport / Montoursville area feeling helpless and having wet, muddy houses. This customer had flood water rush into their basement leaving thick, dark mud all over everything. Thankfully their insurance covered everything, so our technicians got all of their claimables around, as well as extracting the muddy water, pressure washing and floor scrubbing, and spraying an antimicrobial agent to prevent bacteria and mold from spreading. As you can see in the "before picture", the storm left mud all over everything, but in the "after picture" it is left clean and the customers were very happy.
