Basement Boo-boo in Montoursville, PA
This customer called SERVPRO of Williamsport / Montoursville after finding 6 inches of water and mud in their basement that they believe swept in underneath their bilco doors. The water receded quickly, and by the time the technicians arrived at the scene, the floor had a few puddles on but was mostly covered in a thick layer of mud as seen in the "before picture". The technicians pressure washed and extracted part of the affected area, moved and blocked up contents to the clean part to pressure wash and extract that side, then sprayed the entirety with Sporicidin (an antimicrobial agent). In the "after picture" you can see the basement looks great! The customer was very satisfied.
